The firm's position
Islamont has funded its work with the partners' own capital since 2011. The firm is not raising a fund and does not market an investment product. Capital partners are brought in selectively, on a single asset at a time.
How participation works
Partnership is arranged project by project rather than through a standing vehicle. Terms are documented in full before any capital is committed, and the firm's own equity sits in the same building.
What a partner holds
A defined interest in a specific property, and direct access to the people responsible for it. Not a share of a blind pool, and not a relationship conducted through an intermediary.
Eligibility
Partnership is limited to accredited investors. Status is verified before any specific project is discussed.
Introductions
Islamont has nothing on offer at this time and does not accept unsolicited subscriptions. Introductions to the partners are made through the Orlando office.
